    Tall enough for Splash

My 5 year-old daughter has been to WDW four times and has had to watch whilst her big sister (she's now 7) went on Splash, ToT & Test Track. I've just measured her and she's now big enough (with trainers on) to go. She's jumping about the place at the moment and we're not going back until next...

    Character Meals

We managed to get reservations at Cindie's Breakfast and my kids loved it. They are 5 and 3 and love all the characters. I have to say though that the Crystal Palace, which was free with our 10 day passes, was better. It's less claustrophobic than the castle, as light floods in and as Pippa...

    crowds in May

We were there at the end of May this year. Temperature was high 80's/low 90's and we had about half an hour of rain as I remember. Lines weren't too bad, but the Fastpasses helped. I did stand and watch a huge electrical storm in the distance one night which was awesome, as we don't really...

what ride have you ridden the most and how many times?

ToT most definitely. My older daughter, who turned five whilst we were there in June, also came along this time and loved it. My wife however, has stated that she will never go on it again. I don't know how many times I've been on it but it's something I never tire of.

    All time favorite Disney song

Zipadeedooda, if it can't make you smile, nothing will, and Beauty and the Beast, since I am forced to put the video on at least every other day for my 2 year old daughter, who sings to it.

What is your favorite _____ at the United Kingdom

what a great idea! I think I'd rather have the boiled bacon with floury spuds though, washed down with a pint of Smithwicks. But what else would be in the pavilion? A mix of Dublin and the West? A U2 tribute band? A repro Blarney Stone:kiss:? An Irish dancing troupe? And since Ireland has...

    Character Breakfast

Have a look at the small print. We bought the 10 day tickets, which come with a Character meal. However, not all are available, such as Cinderella's Royal Table. Unless there is more small print tosay otherwise, I would say that you will certainly have to purchase the other meals. Ifyou were...

    Disney Store question

I think it must work differently in the USA than it does in the UK, as when my wife pre-ordered a Disney video from one place and tried to get it from another, she was told she would have to back to the place she originally ordered it from. The reason was because Disney sent out a certain...

    Orlando -> Tampa, How Long

We went there in 2001 and from memory, left around 08:30 from the Wyndham Palms just off the 192. We got there with around 20 minutes to go to opening (at 10:00) so I guess it took us 1 hour 10 mins. We did at least get a good parking spot and were in the park quickly.

What is your favorite way to pass the time while standing in lines?

Study the park map and event timings to see how my my ludicrously out of step planning (wait times always too short) will impact on the rest of the day. Updates after every ride.

Buying a ticket for an almost 3-year-old

You don't say where you are from. In the UK, all children have to have their own passports now, and I one of my daughters is nearing three, I will be taking her passport with me when we go to WDW next month. Can you get any form of photo ID if you don't need a passport?
