Did you book directly with Disney or a 3rd party? Pretty sure I need to contact Virgin Holidays to try and move hotel but just wondering

Well this could be annoying, I am booked to stay at the CBR in August first time staying in a Disney hotel as well, are there any rumors on start dates? Do they handle request to move due to construction well or will I be stuck staying on a building site?

It is the only behind the scenes tour I have ever done at WDW and I thoroughly enjoyed it I completely agree it’s a wonderful experience for both Disney fans and train hobbyists.
