I agree. The park now feels like a hodgepodge of themes or half baked ideas but it's a reflection of the current management at Disney. We were at DHS on 5/16 and it was the first time I couldn't wait to leave the park. The crowds were insane and it just wasn't enjoyable.

We noticed the same issue but I thought it was me just getting older :). We had a 16 year gap between visiting and difference in behavior on part of the guests was noticeable.

We were able to get it at guest services in the park (Studios) but we arrived at the park opening and the line wasn't too long. The process itself only took 10 - 15 mins. I've heard the online process is frustrating.

We were at Prime Tome last night and it is true they don’t play roles as they used to. It’s sad since the prices are so high and it didn’t seem to have the excitement it used to.

Thank you for the encouragement. We haven’t been to WDW in 16 years and it’s a first fir the kids. I’m sure they will have a ball since they have no point of reference. In the end we’ll have good memories.

I haven't even arrived at the park and already hate Genie+. Our trip is a month away but we've tried some morning practice runs just to see if we can get the LL pass for some of the popular rides. Attractions like Rise of the Resistance sell out in a few mins, I'm regretting booking this trip.
