Victoria and Alberts wins Michelin Star!

Wife and I ate there in December, 2020 just because we wanted to experience what a 10-course meal was like. The live harpist playing Christmas carols in the center of the room was beautiful. I knew about what it would cost, based on some research, but $840 for the two of us and we didn't...

Which Disney/Universal Orlando park has the best rides?

It is a decent ride but, IMHO, nothing comes close to ROTR. That one is more of an adventure than just a ride.

Is the GF to Poly path open?

Any danger of alligators along these walking paths?

News TRON Lightcycle Run Virtual Queue and Lighting Lane status

I think that's a new record. Cancel that. I just read the other thread. Shortest VQ windows: 7am: Mar 22, 2023 (soft opening) with 3.09s

Disney Genie and Genie+ at Walt Disney World

I like the Jungle Cruise because it is one of the few times I get to see the back side of water: O2H.

Smoking ban at Disneyland and Disney World thoughts..

Fortunately, I've never had a desire for either one.

Would the virtual queues be better as a lottery?

The VQs have never filled in the first two seconds. The fastest I've ever seen them fill is during spring break this year, which was 3.6 seconds.

Would the virtual queues be better as a lottery?

I liked how the system was done for ROTR after it first opened. Hundreds of people were standing at the gate by 4:30am, waiting for the 8:00am opening of HS. As the crowds grew larger they always opened the gates early. As soon as you had scanned into the park you could get a boarding group...

Share your happiest moment at WDW!

Although it wasn't that many years ago, I think one of my favorite experiences was when we did a 5 hour tour, which included going down into the Utilidors at the end. I knew they existed below the MK but I always wanted to walk around in them. It is amazing how quickly someone can go from one...

I'm not going to renew my annual pass, how about you?

I never had an annual pass so I guess I will not be renewing one. ;)

Would the virtual queues be better as a lottery?

The 7am VQ has to do with skill, not luck. It centers around the EXACT millisecond atomic clock time (hint). If you know the technique you will do well. If you futz around and lose a few seconds at that EXACT time you will miss out. Also, I believe the fastest VQ closing time was around 3.6...

Two Must Have Snacks at Epcot

Well, they offered more options but since I was going to eat that entire 3000+ calorie thing by myself I didn't wan tto go too overboard. I think strawberries, whipped cream, ice cream and some other things were an option.

    MNSSHP HELP

If you want lots of candy without having to walk to lots of places that are giving it out I can tell you where my bag was filled about halfway in just one area when I was there last October. Okay, as you're walking toward Space Mountain go to the left like you are going to their gift shop but...

Two Must Have Snacks at Epcot

Absolutely. I always get a funnel cake when I get to the American Adventure. I try not to think about the calories.
