I can't imagine how hard that grandma must have patted Mickey on the head to hurt the cast member's neck. Was she patting him on the head with a pipe wrench? I've been patted on the head many times in my life, and so far, have luckily escaped without injury.
To the dude - with a stated history of motion sickness - what in the actual heck were you doing getting on Mission Space? What could you possibly have thought would happen with all that signage, and all the warnings available at the end of simple Google search? That's like having a history of...
(Insert literally any change made at Disney World)
"Another obvious money grab! It's all about IP now! Next thing we know it'll be "Stitch" burgers! Disney is just the worst."
Someone posts an unflattering picture of Chapek....
On to the next thread.
If 10 skiers, and all of their equipment.....walking in miserable ski boots....can load on a gondola in less than 10 seconds, then I have faith that humans will be able to overcome the quandry of loading themselves on a gondola in normal clothes and shoes and nice temps at Disney World. If...
And who gets to be the judge of "deserved". You? The people that book the rooms and pay the rates and keep the place almost always full? Me?
Disney sets the rate as high as they can for all of their rooms. So does every company.
You're an interesting person. Why do you care one way or another about my personal conduct; as if it has any bearing on the behavior of other park guests that may vape?
Why not discuss the policy and its impacts? You can judge me all you want; I couldn't care less, but how about addressing...
Oh, the first post? I've always used the designated areas at Disney. But, they're not the only place that designates smoking/vaping areas. Malls, restaurants, etc... I've not always followed those rules.
People have been smoking literally for millenia on this planet; with actual historical evidence being dated to 3000-5000 BC. "Culture" never has, and never will never stand in the way of humans and their vices.
I don't think we're talking about the same style of vaping device. If you're thinking about one of those pens that lets out a giant plum of vapor; that's not at all what I use. I think those are ridiculous, also. But, now, there some fairly sophisticated devices that are a little smaller than...
It's not, actually. Being "above them" would be "These rules don't apply to me b/c I'm special." I don't believe that. I'm choosing to ignore the rule, and deal with the consequences - which is different. If I get caught I'll admit fault and pay the price.
