As I said in another thread, FP+ is not currently affecting the Haunted Mansion standby wait. Currently being the key word, but the discussion here was standby times in the recent past, not the future.
FP has nothing to do with Haunted Mansion's lines being longer. Yes, a sustained FP demand would make the standby longer, but there is no sustained FP demand since there is no legacy FP to offer.
Pirates also does not have a sustained FP demand. Any longer lines would be because of popularity...
I know from seeing people they are paper for lunch. There seem to be curtains(?) they'll close in front of the stations during dinner, which I'll bet has normal cups.

Of course it increases Stand By wait time. I didn't know anyone argued that.
It gives you the option to skip that stand by time, which I love in cases like Thunder Mountain and Peter Pan, and do not in cases like Buzz Lightyear and the Little Mermaid.
