Just FYI in case anyone else has the same issue in the future. I called Disney as Belle suggested and they said "no problem" for someone to take the Keys the Kingdom tour in a wheelchair or scooter. They just wanted to know ahead of time and made a note on our reservation.

I'm going in January and booked it last month. If I were you I wouldn't wait to make your reservation if you want to go. If you have a Disney Visa be sure and use it and you'll get 20% off. Everyone I know who has been on this tour loves it.

I'm sure there are others who could answer this better than I but the little info I know says you can expect the water pageant at WL around 9:35 p.m.
