We have a new room category at the Grand now. It is a guaranteed MK view. The views are breathtaking. If you do the Grand, I would highly suggest booking a MK view if you can. It's worth the premium for a romantic getaway.

I guess I differ being a FL native, but I don't wear water shoes there. Guess that comes from growing up on the beach. I do see about half the crowd wearing them though. I would try to avoid bringing a stroller if you can get away with it. I think you'll find that it will be more hassel...

The bus will arrive like a normal bus. Just tell the bus driver where your breakfast is. From POR at that time of day it shouldn't take more than 10 min to get to DAK. When you arrive there will be a Cast Member out front (usually a female in a blue costume with white apron) to check people...

It depends actually. A lot of resorts don't enforce the rule depending on the time of year. And just for clarification, officially our pools are not heated they are "temperature moderated".

I wouldn't be surprised if they extended it b/c I think it will be a very popular offering. However it currently does not and will not conflict with EMH offerings.

I'm too old for it. :) But I have interacted with some of the kids before on my various round through the resort. They look like they have so much fun. I think your 11- and 7-year olds will love it.

If you click on the map that was posted earlier in this thread, you can see all the attractions that were open and restaurants. The map is correct.

For anyone on the fence about whether or not to go to the Party. It's a definite YES YOU MUST GO. Despite the rain, it was SO much fun. I only went because I had to see the fireworks again, but it turns out the whole night to me was a complete success. The crowds were very thin, so there...

After standing around for 15 min in Toontown I walked back and took the tunnels to Main Street and hung out with some friends over there. I felt like a herd of cattle in the back of the park. lol I'm going to get tickets so I can see it again tomorrow.

I checked last night, and the jewelry store on Main Street does still carry Citizen watches.

Word is on the street they are doing all day testing today. Not sure if that's true since I am working and can't get into MK today. I also heard that there is a possibility it will be opening sooner than later. These are just things I have heard and are to be taken with a grain of salt.

Mickey04 was that not the most fun you've ever had at a rehearsal? It was like a big awesome block party. I had so much fun! And yes, I saw dozens of people trying to discreetly and not-so-discreetly film parts of the evening. I'd be surprised if any footage gets out before tomorrow.
