Visited magic kingdom today. Considering it’s a Monday, in slow season, it was packed. I cannot imagine how bad it was during the holidays. Walk ways full, people walking while eating, taking masks off for photos all over, taking a mask off for an entire ride, quick service serving cold food...
Is there any other system like this that carries as many strollers and wheelchairs? I feel like it might be a big issue at the Rivera Resort. Not sure if that was a cause, but now that there is an issue, it has me wondering since most of these types of systems have usual/experienced riders.
I don't see the problem in this. If you order pizza or uber eats you have to meet the delivery person. Scooters and strollers are very expensive items and I often see them lined up outside for anyone to take or mess with. Disney doesn't want that responsibility and this will hopefully cut down...
Maybe they are waiting because this time of year is really busy for all stars with the cheer competitions? Or maybe they realized that type of resort needs two actual beds for all of the groups that travel there.
We bought yesterday and now the tickets would be $5 less today. The upside of us buying is that we did 2 day tickets and we plan on going to the parks more than 4 days apart which the new tickets wouldn't allow I guess?
We were there in February. They had to stop the show twice because of a few guests. The majority were respectful. 95% of it is about the history of the great country. Hoping it re-opens soon.
I was prepared for the giant pumps when we got stuck in Florida and booked All Stars for the last two nights. We had individual bottles and they even brought us extra!
I was in Disney during the Pulse shooting. Every time we rode the Ferry, all I could think about was how big and easy of a target it was. I do hope they add security prior to boarding the ferry/monorails.
I bet soon Disney comes up with a Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner type Deal....Dine at the Restaurant, Meet Anna and Elsa, and ride Frozen Ever After...if they do it in the morning, you can even meet Olaf.
