There is no parking fee. DVC OWNERS essentially own part of their parking lot as common area. This is why parking is still free of charge.

This is a great point. If someone looks up DVC availability for you and there is none, the same will be true no matter what service you use. There is one master DVC availability system that disney uses. No one has "magic access" to a greater availability system. All our best

On the subject of the rental calendar: Be advised that the availability calendar (as stated on our system) is a ROUGH guide, not true availability. So there are indeed cases when the calendar will show a price when a date is actually sold out. Disney offers no live view of dates to non DVC...

I could see this happening overseas. Although I’ve always thought a villains land would be a huge draw, esp at night.

Tables in wonderland basically works out to paying you back for tips. It’s value is dependent on how many times you use it during the year. If it’s used for one trip only, would not recommend. What is the cost for TIW currently? It’s used to be a much better deal.

I would rent a few times before owning. Find your ideal spot. As what one person loves, others hate. I love Saratoga — many differ!!! And that’s fine. But listen your heart first.

Well a service protects you and your money, normally. Creates contracts between all parties and knows the common mistakes people make and helps you avoid them. Also deals with the other party as well. Doing it on your own offers you no protection. It’s a matter of how much risk you want...

Seeing how they altered the toy story track layout from what was proposed, minor may turn major. We will have to see. Dog dash would have been so cool going down into the original ground cutouts. Hope they don’t cut corners for tron.
