There is no parking fee. DVC OWNERS essentially own part of their parking lot as common area. This is why parking is still free of charge.

This is a great point. If someone looks up DVC availability for you and there is none, the same will be true no matter what service you use. There is one master DVC availability system that disney uses. No one has "magic access" to a greater availability system. All our best

We did confirm today that, for the time-being this wil not affect DVC renters who use dvc points at dvc resorts. However, we are wondering if this may become a perk for those who buy through Disney direct in the future, as so many of the other perks have become.

This is true - everyone has access to the same dvc room stock. Once agin, our calendar is a rough guide and should be used in that rough manner, until such day as Disney creates a live view for the public. Our staff does our best to get as close as we can to at least post common sellouts.
