not sure about "cheap" homes they seem expensive to me and they charge you extra for things like game room and games stations which a lot of owners have included in their prices.there are better deals out there .

HL is just across the road from HR and is also a nice community with good access to the parks either by I-4 or 192 and Sherberth Road

You would need to look east of disney to get the closest to Unversal. Some communities have shuttle buses but they are usually only to the parks.The best idea may be to find somewhere close to 192 and catch the lynx from there to the Malls or drive. here is a map to help...

One of the older communities and it doesn't have a HOA so as a consequence some of the homes are bit run down which tends to reflect on the whole place. Handy to get everywhere -can be a bit of a nightmare getting onto 192 but you can use the back road of Funie Steed.
