I was just there this past weekend. As mentioned above it's 3 hours free parking and an additional 2 hours if you get your ticket validated at a sit-down restaurant or the movies theater.

It wasn't working when we were last weekend either. In fact, PotC was down for 5 hours on Friday (March 9) and went down several times on Saturday (March 10).

Just stayed there last night. Free WiFi WAS available and fast. And yes, at check-in they were telling us if you did not have a fridge in your room (we already did) to just call and they would bring you one for free. :)
