The only chance any sports venue would have at succeeding on that scale is the NFL…and even that would be problematic

A WIR barCADE isn't going to happen for the exact same reasons Pleasure Island doesn't exist any more. You can't control what clientele you get in that kind of environment unless you have an admission charge. The admission charge then kills chance to fill the place up.

They're already operating one on iDrive. I don't see why they'd want to run another one. I'm struggling to come up with anything to put in there that central Florida doesn't already have...

In reality, I expect this to be torn down and replaced with a set of standard retail locations like most of the rest of Disney Springs. Ideally they'd put in another TS restaurant as part of the area, but I don't think that will happen.

I'd say there's about a 0% chance DisneyQuest comes back. They'd have to be willing to spend a lot of money for regular updates (likely every 2-3 years) or it would get outdated quickly and become obsolete just like the original version.
Make the vacant building a pay for play X box arena with winners advancing to later rounds and playing for Disney merchandise. Does anyone remember the Disney Quest human sized pinball machine 20 years ago where players advance during the day to later rounds to be claimed champion?
