Yeah, it would be nice to hear about some sort of parade. At the very least, FoF needs to come back, right?

I naively am hoping that they are just waiting until they have sufficiently entertainment staffing in place to announce PTN coming over to MK in addition to FoF during the day. That's gonna happen, right?

Don't get me started with how the botched TV special for Mickey's 90th Anniversary that aired on ABC.

Compare this to Mickey's 50th (pre-Eisner) and 60th Birthday (Eisner era) specials.

We, too, have a trip planned for the end of sept and if there aren’t fireworks somewhere I may be drawn and quartered.

Why? That would make no sense unless they can't hire sufficient staff (transportation and entertainment) - but with the CP returning, I would think they should be able to manage it in (say) 4-6 months.
