The calendar work differently in space. It opens at 0800 hours on the 321st sol of the year.

Love the Space 220 poster in my kitchen. 
If I had bet on what would happen first - A mission to Mars or opening Space 220... I would have lost.

I’ve been going to Mars since 2003. What is wrong with you? It’s super straightforward. You touch 2 buttons and you’re there. NASA put Chick-Fil-A in charge and they streamlined the whole process. We should probably make you Engineer so you don’t kill us all. Not everyone is cut-out to be Navigator.
So I've got a mid August Disney trip...
50/50 that Space 220 will be "soft open" by then..
Typical restaurant timeline, 2 months from posting general staff hiring to opening.
For a specialty restaurant like Space 220, and with current labor market, could take longer..
Rest of June to sort through applications, start interviewing..
early to mid July, more substantive interviewing, job offers extended..
early to mid August, staff starts training
Mid to late August... soft opening
Septemberish to October 1, official grand opening.

Patina already has a lot of internal staff from existing locations lined up. this should (key word "should") be open in less than two months
