iirc, the event is being "hosted by" Disneyland. But it's still under the P.E.P. branding.
I would think it's more DLR focused, but don't hold me to that.

Don't tell me DLR will announce the return of Magic Happens, F! and Pyro(please not Mix Magic!) before TDO announces anything! If CA allows Entertainment this summer of course!
