While we probably don't need it I feel like it would greatly help us, every pavilion at Epcot upon opening had its own logo. Here's all of them:

With this in mind I think we should also come up with some logo like those above us. We could go the Living Seas route and have it be two clouds within a circle?

Congrats team seems like we're all settled on the pavilion theme Now time for a wrap up involving all and any ideas involving today's discussion on the pavilion.

Potential Inspirations:

• Pan Am JFK Terminal
• Spaceport America
• Incorporate an airplane into the architecture like at Ashgabat International Airport in Turkmenistan

• What is this going to look like in the inside? An airplane terminal? Glass allowing light to pour in?

Opening Day Potential Lineup:

• Take Flight (If You Had Wings successor)
  • Magic Kingdom ride closes to be a Tron omnimover freeing up that concept for
  • Aerial dark ride over some major destinations that Delta flew too at the time, ride system offers diversity to park lineup
  • Ride vehicles are Hot Air Balloons?
• The Sky was the Limit: A History of Aviation
  • History of Aviation Walkthrough & Theater Film
• Forecast Follies
  • Weather based animatronic show ala Kitchen Cabaret, Carousel of Progress, etc.

  • We could have it displayed within the pavilion given MGM had yet to open so it wasn't in the Backlot Tour.

  • Quick service spot that will definitely have food better than airplane food

Potential Pavilion Timeline:

• 1996: Ludwig Von Drake presents The Sky was the Limit: A History of Aviation
• 2000: Forecast Follies 2.0
  • Hipper version of the show ala Food Rocks!
• 2004/5: Take Flight closes and Soarin replaces it, I'm assuming this would be an annex similar to what was done in the Land in our timeline
  • Would this version still be the CA variant? Or would it be Soarin over Florida? Or Soarin Over the World?
  • In 2016 do we want to open an additional theater like in the real timeline? Do we include the change into Soarin' Over the World or a different refresh?
• 2020s
  • Seems like Rocketeer is the IP being looked at? Any others we could use?
  • Seems like we are we heading towards the KUKA Arm Coaster from @Solaris Knight
  • Would this be a replacement of either The Sky was the Limit attraction or Forecast Follies or both?
  • Would this be another new annex ala Soarin at the Land? All indoors ala Gaurdians?

Misc:

• Location seems set to replace The Living Seas
• @MickeyWaffleCo. is already at work with some sweet tunes!

Let me know if I missed something from this list

When the time comes to delegate roles I feel like whoever chooses something should also work on its update it the future. Example whoever works on The Sky was the Limit: A History of Aviation should probably work on the update hosted by Ludwig Von Drake and same goes for Forecast Follies as this would allow for the changes to be smooth between years.

You all have more of a passion for the flight angle than I do, but maybe I can work on more of the complimentary stuff that handles the time transition:
* artwork for the exterior
* maps for each of the decades
* various ads fitting with the times
* land logo
* pavilion map updates, etc.

Or if there's a restaurant or something I can take the lead on it too

Haha. It would just be a precursor to and MILF I suppose 30 years or so later. Delta or Boeing Lounge is probably a bit better.

I can do the QS or if we want a TS in there too, like an Aviator's Club or something.

I have to agree in projects with so many elements like a land or pavilion it's often best to do a site as it's the easiest thing to navigate
