Character dining options?

What restaurants besides Topolino's is still offering character meals?

Not many I'm afraid and know its being called "modified" Character Dining where you will be able to see the characters (not meet them) and then at the end of the meal you will receive a pre signed card.

- Be Our Guest (MK) Beast is making appearances
- Garden Grill (Epcot)
- Hollywood and Vine (DHS)

Edit: Did a little more research and also found

- Ravello (Four Seasons) Good Morning Breakfast w/ Goofy and Friends

Read today that Cinderella will be making "appearances" at Cinderella's Royal Table.
