I would think they would, but not much has made sense in the approach so far. The state of emergency is certainly needed but I’m not sure why they even tied the travel ban to that. Why not just make it open ended and say an executive order would be issued to end it when it was deemed appropriate to do so?

They have them for queues but they only go so far. Once the line exceeds the markers it’s going to get bunched up. We saw that with the Starbucks line at DS. Good spacing until the line got full then not so much.

I’m surprised because even phoenix dips into the 20‘s at night on occasion. I was in NYC in 2017 and it was in the 20’s and it was only November.
Yep, it’s been very mild. 30’s at best and that hasn’t happened much. My next move is to Canada.

NYC is going to suffer even more from the lack of business travel. So many hotels and restaurants in Manhattan lives off of business travelers who expense their travel. International and domestic. Tourism will hurt too.

That's true. Expensing food, drink and leisure activities to entertain clients is a big hurt to NYC, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Most of the bigger hotels, dining near the Convention Center on International Drive in Orlando surely must be hurting too.
Broadway is closed, at least through the end of the year. Other tourist attractions are either closed or have strict capacity limits and distancing/mask rules. Public transit is a problem, not unlike WDW.
