Photo update as of May 22, 2020. The extra large berm where the original Hollywood Studios car entrance (and overpass) was located is completed, with an erosion cover. With the addition of some plants and trees, the back side of Hollywood Studios will be completely hidden from World Drive. However, you will still be able to see that from the exit ramp from Osceola Parkway to World Drive, as that ramp is on the other side of this berm.

Additionally, Disney has begun to transplant some of the huge oak trees from around the old Richard Petty Driving Experience Speedway to various places near this berm and around the Osceola Parkway / Hollywood Studios entrance interchange. The big oak trees in their new locations look like they have always been there, which is the object.

No, just to avoid an overpass and to have a separate employee and back of house entrance. Employees, buses, and guests each now have their own exclusive entrance.
The new connector road (replacement for the ramp that went over the Studios marquee) from Osceola Parkway Westbound to World Drive Northbound is permanent, right?

So this construction did continue after the March? Maybe I missed it earlier but why did this one continue and most did not?

Photo update as of Saturday, August 22, 2020. As expected, trees and bushes are being planted on the new large berm along World Drive to further hide the backstage of Star Wars Land at Hollywood Studios. This berm is where the original auto entrance used to be at Hollywood Studios (under an overpass bridge that used to be here).

In the first photo in the distance, you can see the Hollywood Tower of Terror on the left and Star Wars Land spires near the center of the photo. When the trees are mature, most of the Studios infrastructure will be hidden. Also in the first photo on the extreme right side, you will see one of the large trees transplanted from the former Richard Petty Driving Experience racetrack near the Magic Kingdom parking lot.

Good to see! I really wish they'd figure out a way to hide the enormous Pandora buildings from the guest view when arriving by bus.

Glad to see more trees being planted. I hope they continue to hide how exposed SWGE is.

This could easily be solved by planting trees directly next to the bus road. They only have to be taller than the buses.
