@SteveBrickNJ - the neighbor's tree is in full bloom now - very pretty. Here's a picture, with my little red maple on our front lawn.

Memories are flashing back. My brother in law and sister in law lived in a suburb of Toronto. (Don Mills) It was a duplex. They spent countless hours telling everybody about how much more the place was worth because it had a deep ravine in the back yard. It amazed me. A ravine is a useless piece of property. You can't build on it, you can't mow it, you can't plant a garden, play football or anything except watch it breed mosquitoes and cost more in taxes and purchase price. Never could figure out why that was an attractive selling point. Cananadians, eh!
