I'm assuming RKA is Remy's _______ Adventure.

As far as next year's blockouts, I wouldn't be surprised if we were blocked out for the entire 50th anniversary, but also would like to bring up that Pandora blockouts weren't even that extreme when it first opened.

I'm sure blackouts end when RotR is running reliably and is switched to FP.

Now... who knows when that will be?

At this point, Good Guy Josh can't even give CMs after hours on RotR because if it hasn't completely melted down by the evening, it will need to start its overnight maintenance schedule.

Ok, based on MMRR’s manageable wait times, I assume this extension is still for ROTR.

So, why can’t they just prevent CM’s from entering until a little bit later, or prevent their passes from being able to grab a boarding pass, so they can enjoy the park but can’t ride ROTR?

"The Disney Difference" B Mode. They are so damn greedy. What part of let your cast be the ambassadors do they not understand? How sad that a guest may ask a CM if they have ridden RoTR and the CM has to say no solely because Disney blocked them out of the park. Pathetic.

They clearly understand the importance of giving cast access to the parks. Otherwise cast wouldn’t have the entrance privileges they do.

Even with cast blocked out the studios can not adequately accommodate the guests it receives. When 10’s of thousands of guests are unable to ride Rise each day the last thing they should do is add tons of non paying employees into the mix.

Again, so why not let cast members in but prevent them from riding Rise?

At the very least they owe the cast a scheduled time to sign up and ride it once.

They owe the cast an opportunity to come to work everyday in a safe work environment, they owe the cast their paychecks when they have worked, they owe the cast members their insurance they pay for, they do not owe the cast members extra perks from the job, it sucks that they don't get to go, but nothing is owed

True, but treat your staff well and they will go above and beyond. Don't and they will just go through the motions and just do what is expected of them, if that.

Rise isn’t the only thing at the studios that is struggling to meet demand.

They don’t really owe the cast anything more than a paycheck and a safe work environment. Perks are nice but not owed. That said they did schedule time for cast to sign up and ride Smugglers Run and Runaway Railway and have already said they will do the same for Rise. Obviously they are waiting until a time that makes sense. That isn’t now.

When a big selling point of the job is free entrance in order to compensate for the low pay...and if they want their cast to know a single thing about the park or land they work in...yeah they owe them that.
There will be CPs and ICPs who have worked at Studios their whole program and won’t have been allowed to step foot into their own park.

Park entrance is a perk. Not part of any compensation package. They don’t owe them that. Cast members still have unlimited access to the other three parks as well as other parks around the world and a variety of other perks.

The cast member who works in the park can possibly enjoy the park before or after their scheduled shift.
