test meals are taking place today, so things are running. I'm assuming the outside smoker is in addition to whatever they have in the main kitchen.

I watched the Facebook video, but I'm holding back saying it's open until I read about it on the @wdwmagic main page...
I'm really looking forward to eating at a place saluting all cook-offs but mostly barbecue.

Now it's open.
I'm a bit concerned at the portions. From the pictures and the perspective they're taken from, I'm thinking they will be small, but hopefully I'm wrong and it's an amount of food commensurate with the prices being charged.

My personal experience at good legit BBQ places is that the portions always look small on the plate, but once you start eating you get filled up very quickNow it's open.
