I was wondering if they were still going to give you a half day, after all the holidays. Glad to see there was no chance to the Half Day Friday regime!

Nope, no variance on the Half-day Friday deal.
And, even during that 5-ish hour timeframe today, I still got 2 of the 3 projects I posted about yesterday done to the preliminary client point they needed to be, and was able to substantially progress on the 3rd one.
Also, Austin appears to be about the hottest real estate market in the country right now, according to what I heard on the news this morning. Need to work like a crazy man to stash cash until the next crash. No bummer here, but, they always eventually come. I’ve been through at least 3 of ‘em in my 57+ years.
But, for now, things are hummin’ along, and there’s plenty of stuff in queue for the foreseeable future...!!!!!!!

Hubs and I went to a German restaurant tonight with friends it was lots of fun! Good food and beer. There was even an accordion player playing polka! The accordion player let one of our friends, who is a music teacher play the accordion! Hubs and I both got schnitzel but different flavors, mine was a paprika and his was a a mushroom sauce.

Also, I saw the news report about Austin being the # 1 real estate market now. So we must have both seen the same report, on the (national) news yesterday.
