My brother just started eating them. He is the pickiest eater on the planet and it's taken him until age 17 to start. But only every now and then.

I don't eat them if I'm out. My dad buys the good all beef ones from Omaha steaks, which has spoiled me. There has to be something special about said hot dog for me to eat it. I will, for instance, get the Chili dogs from Casey's.
not a fan myself.

Looks like a lot of rain is headed for SC @StarWarsGirl and @John park hopper . Stay dry.
Our hotel has an indoor pool, so we'll still have something to do. And I brought the Scrabble board.

I actually have to work on Monday while I'm down there. That was part of the agreement for me taking off was that I have to work Monday and Friday.

I found my first gray hair at age 19, just like my mom...although, I was blond (mom had dark hair), and the only way I found it was it just happened to glint at me in the bathroom mirror...!!!!! :hilarious:
I have never tried to hide the gray, and have just always embraced it...!!!!! :D:happy:
That is like me with my bald spot. I started to have hair loss when I was 19 or 20. I did not shave my head, but I am not embarrassed by it either. I just let it take its course naturally. It is a genetic thing.

Both male sides of the family do have bald spots. My dad has a bald spot and has no problem with it. We wear hats or use sun tan lotion on bald spot when we go outside.

We used to have them dinner Christmas. One year it was picnic, so we had hamburgers, hot dogs, potato salad, etc. one year we did a taco Christmas. We had 3 different fillings for tacos. That was my favorite.

What fun Christmas dinners you had! I like your themed meals -- very cool.

For Christmas dinner, I'm cooking spiral cut, glazed ham (well, actually, the grocery store did the spiral cut, and included a packet of glaze ;) ), baked potatoes, butternut squash, and the standard green bean casserole (I love that--it's so easy to make!). :hungry:

No idea how South of the Border stays in business. It is always empty when we pass it.
I don't know either, but whatever it is I hope it continues. My road trips to Florida would be awful without the signs and the big sombrero. I stopped in once but the fact we had to pay to use the restroom assured me that there would be no real returns. I used to stop in one of their gift shops to buy raw peanuts in a big bag whenever I went by returning from Myrtle Beach, however, I never pulled off I-95 to do that and I even lost interest in that.

I think you meant to put your response above on another person's post! :p But, that's o.k.

Last night, we received a Christmas gift of different cheeses from a family member. Hubs and I wasted no time tearing open the packing materials, and dove right in! (And, we couldn't be bothered with taking the cracker box out of the cabinet.) We just wolfed down about 4 different kinds of cheese, straight out of the wrappers! :p :hungry:

Edit: I meant to include that we didn't eat multiple POUNDS of cheese -- we did heartily sample 4 types, though. ;)
