EPCOT Big changes coming to EPCOT's Future World?

Photo update as of Friday, November 22, 2019. Progress on the two pass-through areas to Future World East and West.

Pavement is almost complete on the west entrance into Future World west, from the restroom area west of Spaceship Earth leading to the Coral Reef Restaurant at The Seas with Nemo & Friends. With addition of landscaping to hide the backside of the building housing the Art of Disney, this pass-through could open soon, relieving some of the congestion in the original breezeway between the Future World pavilions (Epcot Character Spot).

On the east side, the original forested hill has been leveled, with forms laid down for future pavement. The Guest Relations building is on the left in the photo.

Wow. I figured this would take a while more before demo started. I guess I'll see this in person next week.

That’s assuming a demo of Innoventions still happens. You could still do a lot with existing building that would serve similar needs like conventions/private events; the raison d’être for this project.
