Emotional Whirlwind > Smugglers Run?

If wait times are an indication, that's going to be a tough call. Things were neck-and-neck earlier this morning with both new rides posted at 40 minutes. But Millennium Falcon was just bumped up to a 60 minute wait (Lies!) and Disney-Pixar Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind is remaining at 40 minutes.

Soarin' Over California currently has only a 25 minute wait, so at least it has that beat.
