Remember when WDW and DL went all out with their character anniversaries?

Now we have an upcoming modified Move It Shake It but more related to Mickey's 90th Anniversary. While Disneyland just have a cavalcade.

And they confirmed “It’s A Good Time” will be used in Move It Shake It.

Still pretty lame that’s the only new entertainment offering aside from smaller entertainment. But it’s WDW lol.

Guests will be entertained by the gift shops. Unlike 1971-2018, in 2019, guests will finally be able to find Mickey Mouse merchandise. Imagine all of the shirts, shorts, garbage cans, staplers, and boxer briefs with Mickey Mouse that you'll finally be able to purchase. No more bland, Mickey-free merchandise like we've been reading about on these boards for 47 years, now.

Not really related but in talking about celebrations and cupcakes, it's sort of interesting how most of WDW's "purple potion" treats are all cupcakes (minus about 2 or 3 things) that are promoted, yet Disneyland has several unique and different food items and barely a cupcake ... specialty cupcakes should always be around, imo, but somehow they've become the "big thing" with these celebrations and it feels hollow.
