In the center parking lot...which is parking for cabins and water park (?) just confirm on that....we build the hotel with a parking deck to accommodate it -- say it's 6 floors high, it's 6x the capacity as whatever area it is replacing in the parking lot. And if worst comes to worst...you can add more parking to the front of the park if necessary.

The hotel would then have walking access to both the park and water park...and then it just comes down to what attractions we want to include within it

I think the achilles heel in Great Wolf Lodge's Sandusky location is that it caters to children's water slides. I think if we had more indoor thrill slides it may appeal more to the Cedar Fair crowd.

I concur -- there's a GWL nearby here and it's for kids. Having something for adults/teens connected to this would be a good counter
