So -- final check for Blue Sky Phase

Cedar Point
Hotel (contender to Great Wolf Lodge)
Reasons -- Ohio people (according to Red who used to be one) like indoor water parks, it's popular in Ohio, and would add hotel capacity to Cedar Point...which if Disney bought them...Disney likes on-site resorts.

Theme - Wilderness (Smokey Mt architecture) and possibly Railroad

Attractions
Water and Indoor related...definitely leaning towards thrill rides as a part of the hotel and an extension into the water park and Cedar Point.
Specifics TBD

My one outside the box I was thinking of was something sports related -- (and indoors so it could have the possibility to be open year round with the inclement weather)

Easton, PA is very close and is where the Easton baseball bat company is located -- ESPN possible tie-in to some sort of thrill attraction similar to Dale Earnhardt's influence on the Intimidator 305.
