Maybe a competitor to Great Wolf Lodge....with a zipline roller coaster! 
Some sort of aerial swinging coaster of sorts through the trees!

If we added things indoors it would add to people coming to that area in the Winter and fall.
People usually just go for Summer and spring.
Ooh...what if this hotel contained both of our attractions -- roller-coaster and kiddie area?

Yep... Disney will get a ton of money doing that.
That is a strong possibility
We have a contender --- an exposed coaster would not go well with the wilderness theme on second though.

Also I just love the idea of a hotel with attractions -- especially with Disney 'buying' it in this scenario. I think added capacity would be needed and additional kid stuff would be great.
