Yikes, we were only allowed to invite about 6 friends. My parents could not have dealt with all those kids either.

I really think that this is the last year that the parties will be this big.. most of the kids have that sized parties for the past few years, but I’m assuming (hoping) that it will taper off after 3rd grade starts.

I’m not gonna lie.. I want his front teeth to come back!!! Those things are taking FOREVER. He loves it.. he’s constantly making faces.. but I’m ready for the new ones to come in.lol

I always thought kids missing their front teeth were so cute. It's only adults who are missing their teeth that are not!

It was $2800 plus tax for 2 cabins on a 3 day when I booked in '14.

That was also the year I discovered we didn't have to stay deluxe. We stayed at AoA right after the cruise and then at FW in the late summer.

@MOXOMUMD has been on a few (non-Disney line) cruises. She also has some good information for people about different cruise lines, and which ones are her favorites. She and her daughter have enjoyed some really fun cruises.

Dh is buying The Greatest Showman. He and oldest saw it in the theaters. They raved about it. Probably will watch it tonight.

I might buy that this weekend. It's $14.99 at my Target for the DVD.

Smartphones are so smart that they change what I entered .....which was "stateroom" and changed it to "storeroom" I am constantly posting without checking my work. Anyone else like that? Anyway...Sometimes I am amazed at what my phone will "Correct" for me

Oh that reminds me.. @dryerlintfan , I showed T the photo of A’s bday party with the humane society gifts. We looked up different charities, he wants to do a soccer theme.. and give donations to “Charity Ball”... I feel a little weird asking people to bring money, so I’m trying to talk him into the humane society as well.
What do you think? Is it weird to ask for monetary donations?

I don't think it's weird at all!! Just specify "donations" not "cash". Also since you have Facebook, you can fundraise there too and it's super easy.

Yeah, I thought I’d include the name of the Charity and how to make a check out to them.. I just didn’t know if the kids would enjoy that...or if the parents and kids would feel like it’s just one more school fundraising request. Something that you can actually hold would be better, I would think...but maybe not. It does sound like a neat organization.

I’m way too familiar with Facebook fundraising.. I use it often for T’s various fundraisers/walk sponsorships etc... I have a whole Florida contingent to reach.. so the FB fundraising has been a much needed feature!! Sometimes I just skip it though.. I feel like we have some kind of fundraiser every week.
I also only share with certain people though.. I don’t want to get hit up by everyone and their fundraisers too. Just a select group. Ha ha

We are only taking one excursion.
It is 6 hours in length.
The highlight has us in a canoe.....getting up close and personal with a glacier.

Ha ha .. I do get excited about traveling. I love hearing about other people’s destinations and experiences. I feel like I can always learn something from them, or get a good idea.. or even just enjoy seeing/hearing about a place that I won’t visit.
