That would be fantastic!! Thank you!!!

My DD was in Middle School the first time she highlighted her hair. About the same age as my son. It is hair. No more no less as long as it is child safe. My DD was at that preteen age where blonde went to an strange shade of dirty blonde/light brown. Fine highlights of blonde were added and it perked her up and ended that blah appearance of those few years of growing pains.

My son being a swimmer the guys for Conference and State always did something to the hair on their head as the 'balance' was gone. Some years it was touches of blue, some years it was beyond bleach blonde.
Most parents allowed a few forbid. Me, for both of them it was just hair, it grows, it gets cut. Wasn't a battle I chose to care to take a stand on.

Well @figmentfan423 look what my lovely DD found for me. My love of Disney Tangled and the use of the Frying Pan. Over the last few years I've looked for a Necklace Charm of a Frying Pan but no such luck. I could find cheap little trinkets but not a quality charm. Given it is Near and Dear to my Heart she found one. Made my week. :inlove:

I will have loads of ketchup tomorrow. Too tired now to do that. Things were going great til the end. Their pyramid failed completely. Little dd who is kind of the keystone in it wasn’t boosted into position properly and fell. She was ok, just her pride was hurt. She smiled through the rest of the routine while crying though. Don’t know how she accomplished that. Amazingly enough they weren’t last. They were 4 out of 5. I guess the routine they put together was more complicated without the pyramid than the team in 5th. Well you can’t win them all, byt they will try harder next time to avoid the error that was made.
{{{{HUGS}}}} to them all. :inlove:

To all who are curious, I changed our stay at Fort Wilderness. I re-booked for a campsite! Eeek! I decided on a trailer. I just need to put the deposit down. They were closed by the time I got off the phone with Disney, but I emailed and left a message. So we get a week on property for less than a week in the cabins and the price is comparable to the Double Tree I booked and the Cabins split stay. They also gave me the number for a golf cart rental company that is less expensive than Disney. When I get the trailer booked 100% I will link to pictures of it. :)

Oh wow! This is going to be a trip to follow!

My kid at the toy store:

A: you gonna play this with me Mommy?

Me: sure, kid, i can play that with you...

A: so,... You're going to play with this toy...?

Me: yes, I'll play with that toy with you... Why??

A: okay!! Then this toy is for you and you can use YOUR money to pay for it, and I'll keep MY money!!! But don't worry, Mommy, I'll help you play with your new toy!!

Me: :cautious::cautious::cautious:

Wow! She is good! I'm impressed. She is sharp! :inlove:

Looks good!!!
Personally, and speaking for myself only, I'm open to try all they have to offer...I'm quite an adventurous food dude...!!!!! :hungry:
I am not that adventurous with food as I won't eat anything with fish or seafood. That being said I am happy to try almost anything else and have eaten a wide variety of animals over the years. I do like trying local food and drink if for no other reason that it it often a cheap option.:)

Went to ToysRUs today because the kid wanted to spend some allowance money on more Calico Critters. I've never once seen the parking lot this full, and we overheard at least seven different people complaining that everything wasn't on closeout yet.... Vultures.:cry:

I swear this kid could play in that store for hours and hours and hours

Happy for A. Very sorry for all the employees. I can imagine they are thinking, "Sure, you come in now when we are about to have the sheets put over our heads."

The new year festival is still going on on Bali. The day before yesterday was Ogoh Ogoh day, those are evil spirits that the Balinese believe visit the Island and they need to get rid of them before the new year. The Balinese young men make large paper marche statues displaying evil, that they parade around on new years eve accompanied by music and dancing ladies.
In the afternoon the statues are moved to the beach so people can admire them before the parade starts.
Some of the Ogoh Ogoh statues.

Moving the statue to the beach is not easy.

Yea!!! You both got to see the Dapper Dans! I can't imagine a trip for you without them!!

Love the ice cream parlor sign--I could eat everything they list there--right about NOW! ;) :hungry:
We never seem to have found time to just stop and eat a sundae. Usually it has been an on the go ice cream bar. I may have to try and force a sit down ice cream stop.;)
