A tad...but I'm just gonna say it's evidence as to why cynicism can be a GOOD thing...
It's rumors...but it's ok to still have the compass on.
I saw "funding already allocated/earmarked"...hilarious, no such thing occurs until you see construction.
And "maybe they can move the ride from the Mexico pavilion to the Brazil pavilion?"...
...in seriousness...there are no known words to cover that...
And so I'll watch and stay silent again

People are speculating, engaging in wishful thinking... It's all in good fun. And, I have no doubt that the core of the rumor (as stated by Marni, Magic Feather, and a few others), and most other rumors on this site, are true representations of what is current thinking. We all know that nothing is solid until walls go up, even if officially announced, so of course some skepticism is warrented.
