I'm done cooking and I had better not have to cook anything else few a few days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm sure I've mentioned this before but I love my oven. I was able to get all my bread done in 2 hours from scratch.:joyfull::joyfull::joyfull::joyfull: If any of you bake and are looking for a new oven get one with the rapid rise feature

I used my bread maker to make the bread today. Just threw in the ingredients and let it do its thing.:) I do have a proof button on my oven. Is that what you mean?

Yes. I had to give my bread machine away after having to go GF:( One of these days it will get replaced but maybe not seeing I tend to make 4 loaves of bread or more and some rolls every time I bake:banghead:

Do you hand slice your bread? That is the only annoying thing about homemade bread. I wouldn’t mind going and getting it sliced at the supermarket or local Panera. :D

Yes we do and with no problem my grandfather in law bought us several nice bread knives. I'm hoping my dh's grandfather and @Songbird76's father are enjoying their knife store in the sky.
