They've been major expenses lately. Belle had 3 vet visits since I started working and now has IBS; I've probably spent $500 getting her well. And Jasmine got new scratchers and toys, more money spent on cats, and Jasmine isn't spayed, so that will have to be done. At least she's spayed and I did not pay an adoption fee for her.
I'm rereading that and realized it was confusing. Belle is spayed Jasmine has her vaccinations.

Good grief, I need a vacation to get my brain in a functional state again.

My daughter bought health insurance for her dog. Yup, how the world has changed. The fact that is available is probably why vet charges are so much higher then they used to be. And they wonder why I change the subject every time they start to say.. Dad, you should get a pet. They never get it all the way out before we are talking about golf (or at least I am)

Get a goldfish. ;)

Ha! I just now read this response, (after I had asked you about accommodations for house staff). :p You've already thought of this as well, for the trust fund baby's new house!

Yep, no way are most of these people gonna' have a house that darn big without some sort of live-in staff.
Many have a maid/personal assistant, or a maid and a personal assistant. They handle all the day to day household things that the owners don't have time to, or care to handle. Things such as arranging for yard care, pool care, general home maintenance, making doctors appointments, etc., etc., etc.
Must be nice...! ;) :)

@donaldtoo , heard this story on the news this morning about the Ford Explorer Interceptors (used in a number of police depts. across the country) being pulled off the road, due to CO2 affecting the officers. Yikes.

Looks like Austin pulled the whole fleet. Also, up in MA, 3 officers were overcome yesterday and went to hospital--at least one drove off the road. Ford engineers arrived on site of that police station, trying to determine how 10 vehicles in that fleet tested positive for CO2.

Yes, it has been in the news for quite a while here now. One of our local officers may never be able to return to duty because of the brain damage he has, and there have been many other incidents reported. As of Monday, APD took all 397 of it's Explorer pursuit vehicles out of service and put about 200 Crown Vic's back in service, with many officers doubling up.
Ford, the NTSB, and APD are all investigating here.
So far, no real answers...

I'm confused, do the exhaust somehow end inside the vehicle? I mean.. how?
Do the intake of the A/C is near the engine exhaust?
or the engine somehow leaks into the A/C system?

Good questions, Cesar. I haven't a clue what the answers are, and quite a few other people don't have the answers either. That's why Ford has sent their engineers out to these locations to try and figure out what is going on. It's a dangerous situation and I hope they get to the bottom of this quickly.

Why has it never occurred to me to freeze some? Especially now, when they are lovely and fresh. Alright @figmentfan423 what are you stuffing them with? Do you put sauce on and freeze? Or sauce when they are ready to go in oven? Thaw than oven? Or straight from freezer to oven? I have questions!
Any thing, everything. The base starts with rice or quinoa, then a protein sometimes a meat(my boys like sausage), sometimes beans, sometimes both, some veggies anything that would go with the spice blend for that batch. They also like the one with chick peas, Greek spice blend, spinach and topped with tomato sauce with a touch of cinnamon. Most out of the box filling mac and cheese. I bake everything at once let cool and vac seal what's being frozen.(prefreeze before vac sealing or they get squished) Hope that helps.

Well, let's see: I took a long walk at a nature area. Then went grocery shopping. Called my insurance agency to chat about ways to lower my car insurance rates (that actually was productive); cleaned out a closet; and watched tv. Such a thrilling itinerary . . . ;)
better than waiting for the septic tank guy, at least he was exactly on time:joyfull: The rest:hungover:
