I am in with an upper body workout. This is it, in case anyone is looking for an upper body workout with a touch of cardio. It's on YT, so it's free (yay!).
I feel like consistent workouts and my light box are helping me. I am still craving carbs, but not as badly as I was about 3 weeks ago.![]()

I am trying to find an alternate place to workout. I don't think there's a ton of high impact moves in my workout today, so I might be able to move all of my weights upstairs and workout in my bedroom.
If nothing else, it's seasonal. It's just not what I think of when I think "birthday cake." My house smelled really good while it baked, though.
