So slick yet not trendy. Good to know there's still some things they're great at.

It does invoke the Progressland style of the '64 World's Fair, yet not in a way that makes it look dated but somehow captures the past and the future. It's just darn good.

Here's the one cool thing still about The World...so sometime between 1:00am when MK closed yesterday/today and 8:00am this morning they changed out the sign. Props.

I also agree with Mike's post above me, looks like this would fit well with that. Tokyo's Tomorrowland right? That also kind of reminds me of the old Living Seas mural (pre Nemo).

I do love the new sign and scheme of the COP. However, I did like the gears. This fits a lot better.

It looks as though there are guests waiting in the holding queue on the right, which would mean that they are loading from both back doors....is this the case? If so, my next question would be, is the velvet rope back (down the center of the theatre)?

If I had to quibble, I wish the blue background was dimly lit as well. It's nice, but some soft blue LED up-lighting from the ground would really make it pop.

This with the new blue pop rocks, I would venture a guess that the grimace purple of MILF will be gone soon and much of the Tomorrowland palate will change to the more dramatic silver white and blues. It would be a nice tie in with the castle spires.

I believe it was stated that the final scene has had an update planned for a while, it just hasn't happened yet. Latest rumor I heard was February 2017.

It seems like this visual update is going to be a slow change. Was this ever announced? I would love for the rest of Tomorrowland to make the change to this form. I think my only concern is that would the bright colors fade quicker with the sun and heat exposure. I would assume they use a clear coat or industrial sealer to protect it from sun exposure.
