Cool room. If I stayed there that framed picture of Walt and the castle might be coming home with me, that is one of my favorite pictures of him.

I believe that the picture @catmom46 posted is my favorite photo. I can almost pretend that one isn't staged. Walt didn't really allow for candid pictures. Most photo's from the Disneyland era and the concept of WDW were very posed. He was just as quirky as my shepherd.

I love Big Thunder . I do like the explosion scene in the DL version but the track is too smooth now. I like a little roughness on the ride like at WDW. But any Big Thunder is great.

Yep, that is one of the main things they are addressing I hear at WDW Thunder Refurb. It was down a long time in 2012, got a patch to some of the worst of the worst track in 2014 and now a long rehab again. I'll be sad when it goes down but happy if they smooth her out a bit, Space makes me sore, I don't want that to happen to Thunder too.

Went to the grocery store today. Half the parking lot was still covered in snow. The store was obviously short-staffed. There were absolutely no kinds of fruit on sale. There were no bananas. There were no 18- count packs of eggs. The store-brand frozen broccolli was out. Amazingly, there was milk.

Also, am thinking I am a bit tired as I put the eggs in the freezer...

Poor kitty. Oy. Maybe she thought you were the carpenters coming back to make more disturbing noises and smells.

Probably. Once she heard us go through our nighttime routine, she probably believed it was us. There was no solution for this, though, having her boarded or stay with a friend probably would have been even more traumatic.

Thinking we are going to get a house sitter next vacation, either my uncle or one of my best friends who my parents trust completely. Both of them like the cat and are liked by the cat, so we're thinking maybe she would be less lonely.

Oh, and an update on my bloodwork...
Apparently, it still hasn't come back from the lab yet, and I'm not the only patient.
The Medical assistant said she would call the lab first thing in the morning.

That is okay, I was cleaning up dinner tonight I almost put the leftovers in the draw we put the oven mitts in instead of in the refrigerator.

That's where I'm caught up to, arena episode, but whatever happened to Kira? It is also implied that Earth wasn't destroyed but in the black hole. (I haven't looked up any spoilers.) TMNT and Total Drama are the only cartoons I usually try to stay spoiler free.

They all died in the wormhole (except the gang (turtles + Casey + April )
The earth was definitively destroyed.. buuuut.. like I said.. they entered the fugitoid ship.. which used its last impulse to go back a few months.. so it means the earth isn't destroyed yet. Thats why the turtles are fighting to find the parts of the wormhole generator before the Triceratons do. If the turtles fail, the whole thing will repeat.. the Earth will be destroyed.
and Karai is pretty much reported dead.. as she was missing in the sewers when the battle for Earth started in last episode of last season.

To resume, the triceratons already have 1 part of the wormhole.. but they gained 1 shard from the Ancient ones (Aeons)
Im going to see the latest episode right now, but one friend already annoyingly spoiled the last part.. where april holds another shard.

I sometimes have an issue but not often. It's usually an ad or or a gif. The three Cesar posted recently made my page freeze.

and yeah, I get some freezes when I'm browsing my own trip report.. the more images and the more videos.. it somehow lags this website A LOT.
Same happens with tumblr (another javascript heavy website).

This laptop came with McAfee preinstalled. It works antivirus wise for me but when it is updating or scanning, it does mess with the speed of the laptop.

That is exactly why its preinstalled for free

Id say its currently the worst antivirus ever.. eats too much cpu.. is slow, huge software size, takes eons to load and doesn't even get a big chunk of the most usual viruses. Worse when you take into account how slow their updates are.

that must be the main problem. Internet Explorer is the biggest pile of carp you can imagine.
I remember the times where just browsing around, could get your windows machine infected instantly.
get google chrome or firefox.. seriously..

Awe. At least she knows by now you guys always come back. She was likely waiting until everything was still again to make sure. Workers probably spooked her this time.

My MIL cat use to come here. I liked her and she knew my Shepherd. Still she made her way to the basement the first few days but would come out at night, never saw her but the Pup let me know. Eventually she'd come around for the duration of her vacation here. Actually I think she liked it, Pup gave her something to do that was different.
