Wow!! :joyfull: Way to go! I've always thought of you as our all-around Disney expert so it doesn't surprise me at all, that you'd have all your facts correct and presented in an intelligent and logical manner.

Just for the heck of it, maybe send in your ideas (as the professor suggested) to WDW--maybe this might be the "one" time they actually take notice! But if you do send it in, maybe pick a name of someone in their upper management and get the specific mailing address for that person. I wouldn't suggest that you send it to the usual customer non-service department, where it would end up in the black hole . . . Of course, either way is still a carp shoot, but wouldn't it be wonderful if your suggestions were actually implemented?

Unfortunately, sending it to them would be futile. Whoever got the material would have to destroy it immediately upon realizing what it was.
I had an idea for a water park slide that I wanted to present to someone in Imagineering. Sketches and everything. I ended up calling legal in New York and was told they never do that. No way.
If they're not gonna' accept ideas from they're own CM's (unless it fits your job description), they certainly aren't gonna' accept any from outsiders.
We were told over and over again never to listen to or accept ideas in writing from Guests, etc..

ok, something strange happened a few seconds ago.
went to the WDW's site to check if there are more open spots in california grill.
and out of nowhere, it refused my password.
so decided to do a reset, change it for a stronger password.
then suddenly asked me to "re-register" and "accept the new TOS" and other stuff.

I wonder....Did they change something site wise?
