I did.
DWifey was an Air Force Brat.
My FIL was with SAC. They were once stationed in Wyoming. As well as North Dakota (where she was born), Montana, Arkansas, California, and Germany. :)

@donaldtoo , not far from where I grew up in MA, was a Nike Ajax B-55 site on top of a hill (fenced off, guarded, restricted area). Nike Ajax 30 / 10 per launcher section; 12 mounted on launchers (4 per section). 3 Magazines; 1 type B, 2 Ajax. Dates of operation were from 1955 through 1963. I think the Army is in charge of that site.

Incidentally, even when they shut it down, the locals in the area were convinced that they never removed the weapons; that they are still underground there, and could be used if needed. :cautious:

Here's another diagram that's out there...

So in answer to your question, basically, by course, but it's also the amount of time spent in class each week. So if you took three 4-credit courses and one 3 credit course, it's technically only four courses but 15 credit hours. My courses for next semester are one 4 credit course, one 2 credit course (chorus), two in class 3 credit courses (one once a week and the other twice a week) and one online three credit course. But it's not based on how many days a week you're in class or how much time you spend on campus.

College is complicated

As I read your explanation above, I was thinking that you'd need a PhD to begin to understand the system!

Well, I survived parent teacher conferences this week. We had one day of them, and tonight from 5-8. I was expecting lots of parents but I barely had any. Only 11 parents tonight. Last year, I was slammed with parents, never had a break until ten minutes before conferences ended. Oh well, tomorrow is Friday!!!!!!!!! (insert a happy dance here :joyfull:)

That's concerning that only 11 parents showed up. I don't have children, but if I did, I would just assume that meeting and talking to the child's teacher, would be very important.

Sometimes yes and sometimes no. we get bi-weekly progress reports from some teachers so an inperson with those teachers isn't needed. I agree contact is needed but not always inperson

That makes sense in your case. I'm just wondering, @ajrwdwgirl , does your school have a similar update system, or is the PTA meeting still the main source of contact information?
