I need to try the lobster rolls from there, Eclairs they are in my never again category.

I've never had an eclair from the boardwalk, but the ones I had in Paris were scrumptious.

err, technically I'm not talking about race, but more related to etnics and differences in culture.

for example..
the "Indians" have nothing to do with the natives in America, yet they were called "indians" all the time.

Same here. I can buy a fancy t-bone at the butchers for $8 a lb. That's a good reason for us buying a side of beef. It's a lot of money all at once but we paid $3.39 a pound.

I guess you can, but, Caucasian relates to a race of people and, to me, Chinese is the country that an Asian person would be part of. That is the part that is geographical in my mind.
