I appreciate it but the changes are more about administration making changes that give themselves less work and us more work. Also them making changes that take away from patient care and emphasize things that only Healthcare workers who no longer do patient care would find important.
I've made my peace with it. I decided to not sweat the stuff I can't change but to focus on making the most of what I can.

I'm so sorry to hear that! My dh is still getting used to his new schedule but it's what he asked for.

Thank you. I do now have to compete for my schedule but that has been ok so far, knock on wood. It's the other stuff in my post. But it will all work out the way it's supposed to. I think I'm getting calmer in my 40s.

I thought it was my computer with the likes. Guess not. I can quote though. My phone though, well it just kept sending me to ads automatically and the ads boot me off the sight so I'm not keeping up here so much anymore. Launching a new upgrade I'm hoping they are little by little working it out.
