Have you tried one of the low carb pastas? Like shirataki, not exactly cheap. Just make sure to rinse them well.

No I wasn't aware of shirataki, is it in the pasta isle at the store?

It's a movie make-up competition on SyFy. They just started Season 9. These are some of my favorites that have been made.

Did I mention that I fell out of the chair I was attempting to sit in? I fell in slow motion while maintaining eye contact with the nurse sitting at the main desk. It was such a ridiculous scene that we couldn't stop laughing. What topped it off was a housekeeper was behind me when it happened and he was confused at what was going on so the nurse motioned that I had been drinking which is exactly what it looked like. BTW I wasn't drinking.

Thanks. I don't have any particular religious leanings, however, I could be wrong so, every bit helps. Or at the very least, couldn't hurt. That said, if it were me, I'd concentrate my efforts on your friend. At the moment it seems a higher priority.

In The News: I had a good/bad day today. First the Bad... Today I was informed that I have prostate cancer. Then the good... it's not at a point where they think I need to do anything about it and that it might develop or it might just stay at the semi-dormant stage for a long time. We are going into monitor mode. So although it's not good news, it's not the worst I could get either. Just not a great thing to tell anyone on the day after their birthday.

No mine the are in a cooler by the veggies. Just make sure to rinse them or they will taste a bit funny. They can be heated in the microwave easy and low carb. You may have to ask where they are hidden

Thought i had slept through until October when i woke up Monday it was that cold and rainy. The worst part is we get one day goodish then one rubbish and never any pattern to it.
