well, those are not "normal" pockets, so it doesnt count ;)
I usually wear cargo bermudas with velcro pockets. But I hate feeling my phone wobble up and down badly. So I never put important stuff in these pockets :p
My dh has a whole stack of cargo shorts mostly for get aways, he's currently in search of a bum bag for our next trip as his Travelon man bag has seen better days. He says the cargos are great for some things but not the camera or phone. We're going to be in the 90s all week and my dh refuses to wear shorts to work even though he can, something about pasty white chicken legs:confused:

Had plans with my friend. She just left a few minutes ago. We were out this morning and then brought back lunch and were just chilling over here. We hardly get to see one another during the semester between my school schedule and her work schedule, so this is our opportunity to spend time together. :) Actually, I've been getting up between 8-9 pretty much every day. Last night, I fell asleep at 11:30.

Hershey was great! I was worn out on Saturday and walking around like a zombie, but it was a great day. Mid 80s temperature wise, low humidity, and the lines were pretty short. Longest we waited was 45 minutes for the newest rollercoaster; everything else was 30 minutes or less. And we brought home lots of chocolate. :hungry:
One thing I always loved about Hershey was the lines never seemed to get way to long and chocolate! Did you get to the zoo?

Can I say just how ECSTATIC I am??!!! :joyfull: :joyfull: :joyfull: Kudos to the mayor of Boston today, who refused to sign a document that would have backed his approval for the 2024 Olympics to come to the city! He said that not one dollar of taxpayer dollars would go into any overruns or miscalculations by the group(s) in charge. Basically, he listened to the state's residents--40% or less wanted the Olympics here. (The Olympic Committee won't even consider a venue that has less than 68% of the residents in approval.)

But for me and all my colleagues at work, it wasn't even so much the money, but the commuting nightmare that a major international event like this, would bring to an already over-crowded city, highways, etc. Rush hours around here are a nightmare to begin with.

I'll never forget the roadblocks, etc. when Boston hosted the 2004 Democratic National Convention. That made a commuting mess of the city, and you figure that's not even close to the size and scope of hosting the Olympics.

Oh happy day!!! No Olympics in Boston!!
Congrats! Boston is already bad enough traffic wise!

Our kids can't start until September 1st or after Labor Day (which ever is first), but our in-service is the last week of August. I teach older kids so I don't have as much room set up as elementary. I will probably go in to my room in a couple weeks and unpack the stuff I ordered at the end of last year.
My boys are going back August 31. Champagne time! After the last few years my district added in extra snow days! Last time that happened we used 0 snow days and my boys got a few 1/2 day Fridays. I'm hoping we get lucky again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
