Actually, I despise the bands. I'll never wear one. For as long as I can still get the plastic card, I'll do that. If they get rid of those, I'll end up putting the band in my purse, which will take up room and I'm not happy about that either.

As long as they keep the band an "option" for people, I'm o.k. with that. Glad you enjoyed yours. Some people like them.
I'm with you! I'm not a fan of anything on my wrists.

in other news, its almost 3:00 and I'm furious.. I was watching a movie named "STATIC" and it has to be the biggest turd of a movie ever.

Its hard to describe how dumb that damn movie is.
I mean, the "characters" were so freaking stupid that I had to just turn off the movie halfway in and deleted it.
Really hate that the narrative of "terror" Movies, have to force the character to make the most dumbest decisions ever to cause them the worst effect and justify their increased predicament.

Its like "OH LOL, A BAD DUDE JUST ENTERED OUR HOUSE, LETS CLOSE ALL DOORS IN THE MOST LOUDLY POSSIBLE. BECAUSE HE TOTALLY MUST KNOW SOMEONE IS INSIDE".

"HOW ABOUT I STAND IN THE MOST EXPOSED PART OF THE GARDEN FOR TONS Of TIME FOR NO REAL REASON, AND IN THE BRIGHTEST AREA AS WELL! I MEAN.. THE BAD GUYS TOTALLY MUST KNOW IM ALIVE AND WALKING BACK TO THE HOUSE!"

Glad you enjoyed the movie.

I think we win for the biggest clown with the Governator - I'm still embarrassed that it actually happened!

No, I agree with @ajrwdwgirl on this. Ready to start bombing on your first day in office? Maybe he thinks he is Schwarzenegger from one of his movie roles. And, not everyone knows he is a clown. My current governor has taken a lot from the Walker playbook.

Oh, I would never blame my parents for how they raised me! Well, I did as a teenager, but then realized I'm the only one responsible for my own behavior and actions, and my parents only raised me the best way they knew how, just as I'm trying to raise my own daughter. And while I do believe parents are responsible to an extent to how their kids turn out, there is a point when the "kid" needs to realize that even with bad parenting he/she has the ultimate responsibility for their own behavior going forward. Unfortunately our world is filled with people who simply refuse to take responsibility.
I agree, it's also called a sign of maturity. :)

that sounds like lots of trains. Are the tours good in that area?
The George Town Train was fun, but I have nothing to compare it to. The royal Gorge goes through the Royal Gorge Canyon, next to the Arkansas river. The Durango To Silverton, goes around the mountains and through, and up the mountains, completely different scenery. George Town, lasted an hour. Royal Gorge 2 hours. The Durango To Silverton, is 7 hours, with a two hour layover in Silverton. I want to do them all, as our State is very different in each area. :)

Hee-hee, I loved wearing my Magic Band! I even wore it all the way home - the flight attendant commented on how much he loved it, too. :cat:

I thought that I would hate the magic band but I appreciate the whole process of it. I really missed them when I was in Disneyland Paris. It is so convenient to have my room key, park key, fast passes, and charging abilities all in one spot. I'm going to Disneyland in California in a couple weeks and I'm sure I will miss the magic band there too.
