Ha ha ha . . . hey, not so fast! ;) This was your idea that playing dead wouldn't work to deter the animals. Tag, you're it! :p You're the bait! (P.S.: Not to worry there, buddy. Nothing would happen to you anyway, despite your tough skin. All wild animals know the rule: leave the "playing dead" actors alone. No challenge. :joyfull: )
Oh, well, now that you tell me... I'm feeling much better about the whole idea. I'll let you know (or not) in the morning. Here's hoping you are right, I'd hate for you to carry that burden of guilt for the rest of your life.

DD and I had a great day at Typhoon Lagoon, though! However, we only got to go on Crush 'n' Gusher once, as she scraped her knee right after getting out of the raft and then refused to get back on. :(

So the rest of the day was spent in either the lazy river or wave pool! :)

And despite putting on lots of sunblock, my shoulders managed to get burned, but at least that was it. :cat:

I've always wanted to go on Slush, but was too chicken to try it alone. Did you happen to see any solo riders on it?

Oh, Slush is at Blizzard Beach. But I just looked at the pic on the Disney website and I'd be too chicken to go on it, too! I think you can only do solo on that one. Crush you should be able to do solo as well, and it's a piece of cake. The dips are really a lot of fun!

I think a lazy pool would be the best, I'm not sure.....but I think I could go to sleep, leaning back and floating along. And would get a very bad sunburn, or wear a white sweatshirt. Is that done? :)

You're right! Slush Gusher is at Blizzard and Crush n Gusher is Typhoon Lagoon. I was definitely meaning to refer to Crush n Gusher--the water coaster. So, you thought the dips were fun. I've read differing reviews; some people were really scared. It's not really that long of a ride, so how scared can you get? (Think I'm still a little chicken though . . . ;) )

If my DD thought they were fun, then I think you'll be fine. She's usually a little chicken, too.:cat: And yes, it's a short ride, I think there were 3 dips total?

Thanks! I felt the same way being in the cathedrals. It is just amazing how much love and faith people put into constructing the cathedrals. I'm a sucker for stained glass so I was especially in love with Saint Chapelle with all the stained glass.

Yes, I was also captivated as I looked at the detail, shapes and colors of the stained glass, in your pictures. The craftsmanship of so many elements in the cathedrals was spectacular.
