Me, too! Just caught up now. :cat:

We arrived in Orlando last night to a thunder/lightning storm, so pool was closed when we checked in at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. :( It was open this morning, but then closed again for about a couple hours due to more storms. The lazy river is smaller than I thought it would be (again with the size perspective discrepancy). Here's a pic from our room, which we got upgraded to because our original room was right next to a maintenance area and doors were slamming constantly, up until 11pm!

Fresh pineapple, cherries for the kids, orange segments, white grapes (I can have those and kids love) another bowl of blueberries, I can't have but they can add to the salad, No one but me likes the melon kind of fruit, so I chop that up for me. In another bowl. Picky family! ha Just a lot of restrictions . We do okay, a lot of prep work, but everyone gets something they can have. I like to add a little fresh orange juice....
I'm not much of a melon person either. Except watermelon, that I devour. :D

Our second day was hubby's birthday. The Eiffel Tower was the main part of our agenda today. We were really impressed with the Tower and yep we went up to the very top!

There was a boulangerie near our hotel, so we had a chocolate pave (basically a chocolate croissant with a creamy filling) for breakfast.

Just had a little lunchtime fun here at the office.
The guy that donated all the new wood flooring and carpeting said all he wanted in return was cookies.
Well, it was decided that all would bring in at least a dozen, and all those that brought in homemade ones would be judged (I picked up store bought on the way in this morning  ;)).
Anyway, the chocolate chunk in the upper right was the winner.
How in the world the bacon snickerdoodle in the lower right didn't win, I'll never know...!!! ;) :)

It wasn't the cheapest city I've been in but London was more expensive. In Paris we ate in cafes and the meals would average about 50 euros. We usually ordered drinks (a soda for hubby and a beer for me), a main dish, and at least one dessert. I loved that the beer was usually the same price as a soda.
my wallet contracted at hearing those prices.. YIKES!
specially now with the chaos of Greece somehow affecting currencies that arent even related.
the whole thing smells of currency manipulation again (just like these 3 english banks got huge fines for manipulating )

Tell me about King Hezakiah. Did he use a cloth for God's guidance during a war? My memory fails me at times.

Hi guys. We got in at about 2 pm yesterday. I had been up for almost 24 hours as I did not sleep at all on either flight, so when I got home, I took care of some things and then went to bed, at which point I had been up for 24 hours. I've only been up for a few hours since (Between 6-8:30 pm and 11:30 pm-1 am). Rather exhausted. I'll post pic and/or a trip report soon!:)
Welcome back!!
