You're absolutely right about the weight of the paint. I've also heard that a few times. I guess the cost of the weight over time may translate into a good marketing pay-off, though. I mean, how can you go wrong with Disney characters painted all over the aircraft??!! It sure does catch your eye, both on the ground and in lower altitudes so that people can see it!! :joyfull:

Hahaaa...!
I've mentioned this before, but, before I went into architecture, I considered a career in advertising.
I think it would be so cool if there was a way that could be accurately surveyed!
Cost of paint/application/fuel savings in less paint vs. increased passenger traffic because of fun paint schemes...! :)

No need for a survey -- MinnieM123 states it as "fun" fact . . .:cautious:

Love a little Disney every day!! ;)
Hubby did too. I kept telling him let's go the mountains.....I married a work-a-holic.
LOL! Unfortunately any job I have ever had required whole days on Fridays. I'm definately not a workaholic! Haha Just forced to work 8 hours on Friday's like every other week day. Been working in Medical Reords positions for a big hospital corporation now for 14 years. They don't believe in "half days" on Fridays! Boooooo! lol :arghh:. The upside is I never have to work weekends! M-F only unless I want to make up time on the weekend (that I never choose to do) lol.

Woof. Sympathy "like".
I'm not even gonna' delve into the car stuff, this time.
Just too much conflicting info from mechanics.
It might be confusing... , because I'm talking about 2 cars with completely different issues.
not a single one. So, Id be confused too.

Anyway:
The Jeep as oil issues.
The other car's issues, seems to be the gearbox+brakes+transmission.

No, I understood that you were talking about 2 different vehicles.
It's just that you've been talking about the issues with your car for a long time now, and the mechanics can't seem to nail down what all of it's problems are.

Okay,
So after watching Max Scherzers perfecto being ruined by a guy stepping in to a pitch, I'm wondering.
Would you guys want to ruin a perfect game (by stepping into a pitch or other ways)or would you just go at a normal at-bat, or intentionally strike-out

Personally I'd go with the second, if I get a hit, then I deserve it, but if I strike out, so does the pitcher

Could be that the car as way too many things cluttered together, because it never received proper maintenance.
I always say that the local Ford Mechanics are a bulk of lazy morons.
They never open the engine or check the real issue. They just connect the computer and then pray for it to tell them whats wrong.
They never fixed the car (not the jeep) completely.
Issues have been lingering for almost a decade now.
